What are Q LIDS Custom Grill Lids?
Q LIDS custom grill lids are an aftermarket, fitted, metal cover that attaches securely to your existing grill. Your lid can be completely customized with any colors, pictures, logos, text, and graphics to make your grill a personalized, one-of-a-kind statement piece.
Do Q LIDS affect the performance of my grill?
Your Q LIDS custom grill lid improves the style and appearance of your grill. While not built to alter the performance of your grill, in some cases your custom lid can reduce heat loss and improve efficiency.
What makes Q LIDS unique?

- Will it fit my grill?
How do Q LIDS custom grill lids attach to my grill?
Each make and model is slightly different. Typically, lids are installed by removing the two nuts that hold the handle to the stock grill lid. Then, secure the Q LIDS custom lid in place, and reattach the stock handle through pre-drilled holes in your custom lid. Your Q LIDS custom lid will be manufactured to attach securely to the top/back of the stock grill lid and will contain a rubber gasket around the sides to provide a secure fit and seamless look.

How Do I clean my Q LIDS?
To clean your Q LIDS, use a non-abrasive cloth with warm and soapy water only. Do no use any abrasive or aggressive cleaning products when caring for your Q LIDS.
What do I need to attach my custom lid to my grill?
Each make and model is slightly different. Typically, to attach a lid to a Traeger grill you will need a 7/16″ Nut Driver and the included bolts and washers: (2) 2-1/4″-20×1″ bolts and (2) 2-1/4″ flat washers.
Custom Manufacturing Questions
How long will it take to receive my lid?
Once your order is placed, it can take up to two weeks to process and create your one-of-a-kind lid plus shipping time.
What can I print on my custom lid?
Anything! Colors, logos, text, graphics, photos of family, trips, cars, events, kittens or anything else that you would like to grace the front of your grill. Legally you must supply only images you have authorization to reproduce. Also, pictures must be of a sufficient resolution to result in a quality look.
What resolution/image types are allowed?
Please visit the customizer here. Images are required to be at least 500px × 500px with a minimum of 72dpi.
How do I register an account?
You can create your own Q LIDS Account here or during checkout. A Q LIDS Account is accessed by your email address and password. It includes your contact information, payment, and security details that you’ll use to make purchases.
Can I share my account with someone else?
Your Q LIDS Account should not be shared with anyone else. It provides access to personal information including previous purchases and payment information. Sharing your Q LIDS Account with someone else means you are giving them access to all your personal content and may lead to confusion over who actually owns the account.

What do I do if my lid was damaged during shipping?
Contact customer service and notify our team of the damages.
Can I exchange my lid after purchasing it?
There are no exchanges or refunds for your Q LIDS custom lid. The reason for this policy is that these are custom, one-of-a-kind lids that you are designing and authorizing us to produce. That said, we aim to please, and believe customer service is at the core of our business. If you ultimately can’t live with your Q LIDS custom lid, please reach out to our customer service team and let’s see if we can work something out.
How do I know the color will look the same on design as on the actual lid?
We try to be as accurate as possible with the colors displayed on our Website. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any color displayed on your computer or mobile device.
What if my lid begins having problems after using it a few times?
If your lid fails due to a defect in material, workmanship, or hardware within 90 days from the date of your order, you may exchange the lid for a reprint of the same lid.
